Mark graduated cum laude from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2011. In addition to being a member of the Temple Law Review, Mark graduated at the very top of his class and received honors in both oral advocacy and legal research and writing. For his achievements, Mark was awarded both the Louis C. Bechtle Scholarship and the Terrence H. Klasky Memorial Award. Mark joined the firm in August 2011, immediately after graduating from law school.

During law school, Mark spent a semester working for Justice Fitzgerald on the Pennsylvania Superior Court and a summer working as a law clerk for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Regional Counsel. Mark also volunteered his time as an advisor for students facing disciplinary charges for violating the university’s code of conduct. Additionally, Mark coached Temple’s client counseling team and competed in the ABA Client Counseling competition where he made it to the regional finals.

In 2004, Mark earned a B.S. in Communication from Florida State University, and in 2006 he earned an M.S. specializing in Rhetorical and Political Communication Theory from Florida State University. His thesis, Selling War as Obligation, was passed with distinction by the faculty.
