On December 16, 2011, Michael Lundy once again appeared in court seeking more than $6 million in unpaid alimony and child support against John Stanton III.
On December 16, 2011, once again Michael Lundy appeared in court seeking more than $6 million in unpaid alimony and child support for one of the firm's clients. When the Former Husband, John Stanton, failed to appear, Judge Caroline Tesche proceeded with the case and ultimately convicted Mr. Stanton and issued an arrest warrant on criminal contempt charges, sentencing him to approximately 6 months in county jail.
